Supervisors

Fabtech recruits Site Supervisors who are dedicated leaders with relevant experience in project supervision, man management and excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): adherence to program timelines; coordination of QA and safety documentation; day-to-day control of sites; supervision of installation crews; ensure all safety requirements are met (and exceeded where possible); coordination of sub-contractors.

As Fabtech is a national company, Supervisors need to be willing and able to travel to any location in Australia sometimes at short notice.

Leading Hands

Fabtech employs skilled Leading Hands who are flexible in their work approach, able to undertake physically demanding work, and have a dedication/commitment to providing a leadership role within teams.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): installation of dam and reservoir liners; study shop drawings/instructions to ensure requirements are understood; ensure the final finish of work meets Fabtech and clients’ minimum standards; ensure all safety requirements are met (and exceeded where possible); undertaking work as instructed by Site Supervisor.

Leading Hands will be required to work in locations Australia wide, including remote/regional locations.

Installers / Labourers

Fabtech employs Installers and Labourers who are flexible in their work approach, able to undertake physically demanding work, and have a practical approach to getting the job done.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): installation of dam and reservoir liners; filling and deployment of sandbags; ensure all safety requirements are met (and exceeded where possible); general labouring duties as directed by Site Supervisor or Leading Hand.

Installers and Labourers will be required to work in locations Australia wide, including remote/regional locations.
