Project Scope:
Project manage, design and construction of geomembrane liner and floating cover systems, remediation of basin, construction of concrete structures, earthworks, perimeter anchor beam and pavement, pipe work, valving installation and security.
Supply of all professional, technical, drafting and administrative labour and materials necessary for the complete and proper design of the works including:
Design of a flexible liner and cover including perimeter edge fixing beam, sumps and counter weights, access walkways, safety equipment, and orifices in accordance with section 5 of Volume 3 Detailed Specification Montpellier Basin No 2 Lining and Covering;
Design of under-drainage system for the base of Basin No 2;
Supply of drawings and specifications in sufficient detail to permit assessment, acceptance and comprehensive factory and field inspection of all items and components of the Liner and Cover Works; and
Preparation and supply of Operations and Maintenance Manuals for the completed cover.
